A memorial service will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday, March 13, 2006, in Peake Memorial Chapel for Jean R. Hood, who died March 2 at age 93.
Jean R. Magnuski was born Aug. 13, 1912, in Providence, R.I. She moved to Milwaukie in 1946, and co-owned with her husband Ken Hood Construction for 50 years. In 1946, she married Kenneth; he died in 2002.
Survivors include her daughters, Barbara and Linda; son Kenneth T.; and three grandchildren.
Remembrances to A Place at the Center, an Alzheimer's program, at Milwaukie Senior Center.
