The following persons appeared Franciszek Magnowski owner of the house at Wolska Street number 3112A living, 37 years old, husband of the deceased and Adam Siedlanowski owner of the residence at Przyokopach Street number 3007D living 29 years old and brother of the deceased came and they said that on the 5th day of the current month at 11 pm passed away Magnowska Katarzyna at Wolska Street number 3112A living 32 years, daughter of two native residents of Warsaw Jakub and Zofia ‏(husband and wife)‏ Siedlanowski leaving widowed husband Franciszek Magnowski and three sons and two daughters. After verifying the statement ‏(death of Magnowska)‏, this document was read and signed.

I'm a great granddaughter of Helena Siedlanowska, my name is Katarzyna Siedlanowska-Musiałowicz. I can say that I am "Siedlanowska" doubly, because my grandparents were related. What I know about the family of Siedlanowski is that they descend from East part of Poland, Podlasie. There is a village called Siedlanów near by Radzyń Podlaski. In Podlasie still live a lot of Siedlanowski's. They were probably kind of impoverished nobility, or yeomanry. Some of them moved to Warsaw, and Lodz. They were well-educated. It is a really huge family! My pedigree is not complete yet, I'm still looking for new "branches"... It is not easy now, because I am a university student and I have a little son, Jan :) In Warsaw, on Powązki cemetery, there are many graves of Siedlanowski's. Helena Siedlanowska was in the Warsaw branch of the Siedlanowskis. From my grandma ‏(Barbara Krystyna Demel, Helena's daughter)‏ I know about estate on ulica Przyokopowa. They had lost this house, and after long trial, they received very little compensation. I live in Lodz. And as I wrote you before the other Siedlanowskis - from my father, and grandfather sides - come from Lodz branch of Siedlanowskis. They are also closely related to Warsaw Siedlanowskis. My grandparents met themselves as a cousins. They fell in love, and got married... But even though they couldn't tell me how exactly they were related. I will have to find it by myself.

Note 		Jej rodzicami byli Jakub i Zofia Siedlanowscy. Miała brata Adama Siedlanowskiego, który był ogrodnikiem.

Note 		At the time of death of in 1833 "three sons and two daughters" were living.

Sons must be Antoni, Mikołaj and Andrzej.
Daughters must be Marianna and Agnieszka.

Therefore, Ludwika died before 1833. Only four offspring made it to adulthood.

In the year of 1821, May 20th at 9 o’clock in the morning appeared before the substitute of the Pastor and an officer of the Civil State of the municipality and the Wolska Parish of the Warsaw district of the Mazowiecki District, a Franciszek Magnuski, 25 years old, a miller living on Wolska Street and showed us a child of masculine sex which was born on the 19th of this month ‏(May 19th, 1821)‏ and testified that at 6 o’clock in the morning at 3111 Wolska Street was born to him and wife Katarzyna from Siedlanowski age 20 and it is his wish to name him Antoni Piotr. After making this declaration and showing the child, and in the presence of Stefan Siedlecki age 40 and Felix Malendzik age 31 both farm owners living in the village of Wola.
The above document was read by us to the appearing and signed by the Father. The witnesses do not know how to write. Father Roch …. Officer of the Civil State of the Wolska municipality.
